LOW SENSORY HOUR
Low Sensory Hour has been implemented within our Aquatics area on Wednesday's between 2:00pm and 3:00pm. Low Sensory Hour is to support those who are sensitive to light and sound to create a more accessible environment for them to enjoy the aquatic facilities to minimise visual and auditory stimulation. During this time, we turn off the music, dim the lights (where possible) and turn off the kids' splash park. This will give families, carers and people living with a Sensory sensitivity a place where they feel safe and supported, and will create a more connected community. Please be respectful and encouraging towards all patrons within the facility - Low Sensory Hour is a safe time and place to interact with our Aquatic facilities.
